Suity, even though in "The System" there is much I disagree with I still look for the good in others and this includes you. My views are obviously seen as "extreme" or "strange" by many on this forum and my no drugs, alcohol, cooked food way of life is also seen as "different", does not imply or send out truth "signals" that I'm someone in real life who is morally corrupt or a blatant harm doer. Spoke to a couple of people who said he had been there regularly since the election, and had smilingly told them that he is back now. Perhaps there is a link between Sharp,Parrafirst and DF which has always been denied.

I don't think they ever denied any 'link' or that Fitzy supported them, but they did deny that they were being led by DF and that he would be returned as the CEO. That's very different from Fitzy just feeling comfortable about going into the Leagues Club again I would think.
BTW did you see Phil Sim in the Leagues Club or are there still a couple of arseholes trying to stop his membership getting reinstated?

Why is whether or not the company is governed by a salary cap relevant to public disclosure of individual salaries?

Because the salary cap is an agreed upon 'restriction of trade' by the players union in order to promote equity amongst clubs so that public interest in those clubs might be greater, (therefore bringing more revenue to the sport).

The 'hook' in salaries being leaked is that it generates further fan support - the salary cap is a supposedly even footing for clubs to operate on, and so knowing how your salaried players stack up against another clubs salaried players in terms of performance may well lead to greater interest in the sport, and the sport only makes money from interest.

If you sell bread, cheese, clothing etc, you don't need to generate interest in the same way, they are more of a necessity. There's a degree of difference between the 2 things, but I can't be bothered articulating it now!
