"I was there" - moments you'll never forget

1997 - Tri Series Final, longest game ever and the only good thing Super League produced all year. 2001 - Origin One - Queensland strikes back! 2006 - Origin Two - Queensland strikes back...again!

Only Melbourne or Manly can win: Brown

Not throwing the Warriors in there is....interesting. Even the Dogs are still always a shot as are an inform Cowboys. It's a different ballgame from this point on, and both Melbourne and Manly have stumbled in recent years come finals time.

    Over to you Wayne Bennett

Take Smith, Finch, Riddell, Hayne, Inu and Marsh away then tell me how the Eels score points? The Broncos have faced an equivalent situation the past 2 months. Forwards are there to get the metres, not set up the tries. Even an elemantary knowledge of rugby league would tell you that.

    Canberra/Broncos reffing SHOCKER!

Then explain how QLD won Game 3 2006 and Game 1 2007 after being similarly dudded! Explain!

    Canberra/Broncos reffing SHOCKER!

Facts: * The decisions were contentious, however arguments have been made how both decisions were given tries, it does note inconsistencies, but they've been happening everywhere * Thorn was denied a try in the first half without being given benefit of the doubt, so it happened to Brisbane...

Who will win Dally M Fullback of the Year?

Bowen has been streets ahead of everyone else except maybe Slater, and he's been injured for a good chunk of the year.

    Broncos

The Broncos got dudded a few weeks ago when Matt Geyer was awarded a try even though he dropped the ball over the line. It happens to every team but it seems to be only Raiders fans screaming blind conspiracy! Face it, Raiders lost because they caved in like a bunch of heartless wonders AFTER...

Hunt bids to play against Parramatta

Unless this is all a smokescreen and Hunt is actually 100 percent fit, there's no chance in hell he'll play.

I think you misspelt Scott Prince.

    Canberra/Broncos reffing SHOCKER!

Raiders fans do like to play devil's advocate don't they? I remember 2 years ago with the Frawley no try, which if it'd been awarded would've locked the score up at 24 leaving Schifcofske with a difficult side line conversion to win it, yet Raiders fans still whinged on about how they were...

    Canberra/Broncos reffing SHOCKER!

That was because instead of steeling themselves after that decision they collapsed in a laughable heap. No heart whatsover, just collapsed in a bumbling mess. Origin 3 2006 and Origin 1 2007, watch them Raiders fans.

    R24 Sun - Brisbane v Canberra

It's one thing to be dudded, it's another thing to completely capitulate after being dudded. Doesn't show much character. Origin 3 2006 is still the best example of how to overcome inept refereeing.

Is the pressure off Broncos players with Heather injured?

And everyone else has learned something, you're out of your depth in anything resembling a discussion.

Is the pressure off Broncos players with Heather injured?

Maybe being unable to find a first grade club for 5 years is a sign? I spose according to you though that's the sign of a real gem, gee who knows maybe if only Parra'd had Perry in 2001 eh? Yeah cos Prince 2001 and Prince 2007 are obviously on the same development scales. :crazy...

Is the pressure off Broncos players with Heather injured?

Lockie actually moved to 5/8 in 2004, after Prince left. There is a newfound spirit at the Broncos at the moment but I think it's more of a "Backs to the wall" kind of thing than anything 'detrimental' that Lockyer was or wasn't doing. And we were on a 5 game winning tear and starting to look...

    Joel Moon

To not be picked now casts a real doubt over the guys future at the club, considering he started the year in first grade.

Referees told to lift their game

I don't even think it was doubt, just a straight up try. Gus is right, they look for every reason NOT to give a try nowadays.

The Mighty Aspley Broncos Cometh - Rd 22 v Storm.

I can't see Hodges playing that differently from last week, and that was basically fullback.
