    pretty accurate, although Id argue that melb has decent presence of RL if you are saying that Canberra and Brisbane have decent AFL presence

    The Game 2023 Membership

    I think that’s reasonable for a team that hasn’t played yet. Only 7 reported teams higher, but dolphins will have a much larger ceiling. Also no benefit of membership rollovers from previous years. Hopefully given some early success, we might see numbers rise again.

    Animals and military seem to be the 'go-to' for logos. Im all for Aussie versions as mentioned above too. Dingoes sounds great. Being an Adelaide boy personally, Ive always loved the idea of an Adelaide team being called the Lighthorsemen (Aussie version of Cavalry with a rich history in SA)...

    I so desperately want this to be a close match, but cant help but get the sense that RL will let us down again. I cant help but think Aus puts on a big score and wrecks everything...which is a sadly accurate metaphor for what they do to/for International RL.

    2023 Eight Nations

    agreed re the money aspect. I think with the large amount of Polynesian populations in certain cities in Aus/nz that we find a happy medium between finance and domestic growth…how about a 3 game series with one game in western Sydney, one in Auckland and third game rotates between home matches...

    At this stage, Id love to see them 'donate' 1k family tickets to a group like first responders, military or local junior players. If its a smaller number it wont seem like a huge deal, plus if its for a target group that people get behind, it is less likely that people create a stink on social...
