    tldr but something about not lodge's problem...yes it is it his problem it's about being fit and proper for representing the game and not damaging it's brand from being a thug and a meathead who hasn't been punished adequately. the nrl doesn't need a criminal record to reject a registration...

    Exactly for what he did he needed to serve proper hard time to then even be taken seriously for next steps for re-registration wether it be community programs or whatever. The original ruling was 2 years jail that's what he should have got but because he's on Australia citizen he gets off...

    He got sentenced to goal and served none of it because they didn't want to waste their tax money money on our problem. Instead getting community service is the biggest flake out. Thats why nobody believes he's been punished enough to deserve another chance
