    Round 22 Vs the Donkeys

Thought he’s been pretty decent defensively. Makes the right decision 9/10 times. As good as Crichton May be, he’s still very inexperienced & got found out a few times last week.

Tbh I think Whare in makes us a stronger side.

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

I’d like to see it too but given he didn’t get a look in this year, don’t like our chances of seeing it unfortunately

Give King Katoa another run. Captain coach.

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

McInnes is all heart but I think that’s his best attribute. We need a bit of creativity imo.

    Round 21 V Sharks

I get it to. But Naden is poor defensively & Burton lost his legs after 50 mins, they should/could of adjusted. Johnson troubled them every time he got the ball but Graham seemed to over call him most of the night.

    Round 21 V Sharks

Can’t believe Cronulla didn’t run there attack more at Burton & Naden. Their obsession with giving Graham the ball twice a set helped us imo.

    Round 21 V Sharks

I think we all agree with that, but Cleary knows his limitations so we seem to play really short off the ruck which seems to work for us. He very rarely throws a ball over 10m. I’d still have given Katoa 20 - 30 last night. He’s a better player then what was shown in the first 10 games of the...

    Round 21 V Sharks

Edwards was phenomenal at the back in that wind. Didn’t put a foot wrong with or without the ball. Give Leota more time. Surely.

    Round 21 V Sharks

I think Kenny is a 14, Katoa probably is as well tbh. Still think Katoa got the short end from media/fans/coach because no one wanted to criticize Cleary / Maloney at the beginning of the year. A couple of commentators pointed the finger at Katoa & everyone went all in. Granted, he also came up...

Or make the great man captain. Katoa > Kenny.

    Round 21 V Sharks

Do you start Katoa at 9 to give an extra kicking option & take pressure off Burton?

    Round 21 V Sharks

Now watch Xerri score a hat trick against him lol

    Round 21 V Sharks

Whare has never been quick though. His positional play is what sets him apart from others defensively. He wouldn't have any issues with Xerri IMO.

    Round 21 V Sharks

He's played 5 NSW Cup Games? How many at centre? Another 5+ games wouldn't hurt him. I can just see our defensively line being a mess with a new 5/8th & centre. Hopefully I'm wrong.

    Round 21 V Sharks

I'm not disappointed to see it but not sure I would of dropped Whare this week. It's almost a bit of a hail mary play.

    Round 21 V Sharks

Likely still be our coach & we'd be reigning premiers if Gus didn't let his personal feelings get in the way of the football club. RCG may even be playing like a semi Elite prop still!

    Is it Xerri v Crichton?

    General Discussion Thread

Luai seems to have fallen out of favour here with a few just because he plays unstructured footy (which is likely what we need), can't really understand it tbh. Looks dangerous every time he gets on the park for us & I haven't seen any major flaws in his defence. Has to be given his shot imo.
