    18th club, whose next?

With a city ( maybe the biggest in the Pacific) of 5 million, I think it's time we started taking Melbourne 2 more seriously! The Storm are now starting to produce juniors and getting a genuine foothold in the city.

Also the last Storm home game and on top of the table and a cracking day in Melbourne in a good time slot.. But it's certainly great to see these numbers in Melbourne!

    18th club, whose next?

That's right, I forgot about that! The NRL literally already has a platform to go directly to market in NZ with!

    18th club, whose next?

Sky aren't bidding against a network or the NRL, they have a price point of subscriptions. It's an easy calculation for the NRL to know exactly what they are worth to Sky: NRL viewing numbers multiplied by the subscription fee... The negotiation point is simple what's a fair profit margin...

    18th club, whose next?

The NRL are now the primary reason that Sky has subscribers... Sky lose the NRL are they loss hundreds of thousands of subscribers... Apparently though.. the NRL has no leverage at the negotiating table... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    18th club, whose next?

As it stands, Sky are in a kinda take it or leave it position with the Warriors but the introduction of a brand new team and the hype surrounding them.. That will drive new subscribers through the roof! It's must have content! All Peter will be doing is say, look, we can afford easily to run it...

    18th club, whose next?

Imagine thinking PNG could get Cleary lol I can't think of anyone who would go there, the moment I think them trying to sign players, I know that there's zero chances of success.. zero. After 10 straight years of wooden spoons and no government money- it's over. I said when this was first...

    18th club, whose next?

I agree with most of what you said but firstly nobody knows what PNG population is, the estimates vary wildly mostly because they lack the basic infrastructure to gauge that. Plenty of that population is projections on highland tribes almost completely cut from modern society and even city to...

    18th club, whose next?

Not to mention that they could actually attract players to live there. More commercially viable too, hotel and airline deals would be a certainty. If the same money from government was on fiji, there would be no bids. It would be fiji hands down.

I understand how it can be confusing being a gay man living in Tasmania following the Sharks. Living in Tasmania I have no issues with. Being gay, by all means. Whatever makes you happy But a Sharks supporter??? Please f**k right off !
