    Totally agree. We had a real crack in that game. Moi Moi's try was unbelievable. But, what shits me as much as the fact they were an illegally assembled team, is that when we starting to get on top, we got penalised for a strip on Slater where he deadset lost the ball. It was a shit decision...

    Yes - but how many games are played in the day now? Might be two or three a season. Not saying it is not an issue, but would have been a much bigger issue years ago. I don’t think it is even taken into consideration in stadium designs these days as sport is now mostly at night.

    Didn't they basically de-register the whole board - except one? The NRL clearly felt this was a rort at board level - not senior management.

    So I happened to drive past the stadium last night at 11pm - and there were arc welders in a number of areas working away ! Clearly there is a push to get this thing finished.

    My thoughts exactly - why would a company spend $ to keep a player at a club and not get any recognition or benefits by way of sponsorship or promotion. Businesses are not in the habit of pissing money away.

    We will draw a higher aggregate in our nine games than the wanderers will in 13 - I am calling it. And I am a Wanderers fan - I have no ill will towards them. But they need to start again. They have fallen off the earth.
