I am glad the club is telling Venues NSW to go f**k themselves. Great to see. This will be sorted out for sure - and we will be the winners. Imagine the embarrassment from the Govt if the stadium does not have a major NRL tenant. It raises two questions though - 1) The Tigers have agreed to...

Jarryd Hayne - Make him an Eel for Life

QUOTE “Once he was fit and healthy, is he the Jarryd Hayne of 2009? No. “But he was still an effective Jarryd Hayne.” Why does he firstly need to ask and answer his own question, and why even make a comment like that?

    Rumours and Stuff

True - our current halves have such a fantastic bond we would not want to break that.

    A. I have never ever seen seat rows counting up.

I think those seats are the away supporters allocation.

Buy the two seats in front too you pair of long-legged tight arses.

53,000 - that is an odd number to come up with - not 50 or 60 but 53. Anyway, send your concerns to the NSW Govt as this was their decision. I get the feeling it may be too late to change but the cranes are still onsite so who knows. Bottom line, if we kept pressing for a 40k stadium it would...

    Rumours and Stuff

Yeah - isn't it exciting to think we may be opening our brand new stadium in round 8 with 7 losses under our belt. It is going to be so good.

The only thing I would be wary of - looking at the above picture are the seats near and above the stairs next to each entrance well. There will be people walking up those stairs all the time so sitting above will be annoying - as will the sides depending on the relationship to the field.

    Eels in the media

We are no chance - none. It will be another long year. 2020 could see us slip into the 8 maybe possibly. I'm excited.

2018 NRL Grand Final: Storm v Roosters 30th Sept

That was depressing viewing for us. Irregardless of how that Roosters side was put together, and how they can afford it, what that game showed is what sort of players, coach and characteristics you need to win a comp. We are so far short of what was on display last night that it is actually...

Yes - because being the captain just forces BA to pick him. He would never drop the captain. That is just the way it goes.

Can someone confirm that you can not enter the Leagues club car park, and then leave straight away without paying the parking fee? Is that correct?

That Hayne bloke can play. I was there and I wont forget that game in a hurry. We ended up winning (off a 3 metre forward pass)

I mean we are all talking about something that wont happen but it is still an interesting discussion point. Train lines - especially at Central, Redfern where there are so many lines, are really an eyesore and lets' face it, a waste of valuable city land which is limited and shrinking...
