    Yeah its a shame to see Tonga and Ryan playing so well...but if Jamie had played as many games as Tonga this year he'd still be the best centre, because he's a much stronger player in defense. But ah well...'if's' dont count for much now.

    Burt's size isn't his defensive problem in my opinion, because he's pretty well built. I think it comes down to technique and belief and attitude, those type of things. Either way his defense is his weakness, and wing or fullback would suit him better at the moment.

    Vaealiki's main defensive problems were concerned with reading the play and making a decision in defence, but in terms of 'tackling' he is excellent, because he is so strong. He has these long strides so hes a bit of an illusion when he runs...I think hes quicker than most people think, but...

    Dykes move is dependent on another release.

    Perhaps life without Chris Anderson isnt so great for him at Cronulla? I saw him interviewed earlier in the year and when questioned about Raper's coaching methods he was polite at best, but not enthusiastic. Brett and Brian Smith have a bit of a history with Smithy coaching the country...

    Ash Graham is a fabulous footballer...but he is out of form. I think he needs a really good off season to get his fitness and pace back to what we saw in 2003, if he does this, look out! because he is an awesome talent.

    Steve Witt

    Steve Witt has done very little in first grade and deserves to be in premier league. He lacks involvement in attack and is a below par defender. Looks like Smith was right in letting him go!
