    The dumbest RL article ever???

    If anyone tries to watch a super league game they'll realise he's not far from the truth. Super league is boring one out play from tackle 1 to 5 and then a kick. It's monotonous and tedious, and boring compared to NRL football.

    New Relocation Idea

    Here's an interesting idea (and a joke). If the Rabbitohs relocated to the central coast, and merged with the Bears at the same time, you'd mix South Sydney with North Sydney and the result would be the Central Rabbitohs/Bears/whatever other name you can come up with.

    NRL FINALS CALCULATOR IS WRONG

    I just checked it, if you look at the Mcintyre System diagram displayed on NRL.com, then Roosters (assuming they win today) will meet either the Storm or the Bulldogs in the Semifinal. It's either the diagram or the calulator that's wrong, cause it screws up the semifinal spots.

    It's actually not that complicated. If he breaks free, and there's no one on him, the stripping rule is reset. So once there's no one on him, anyone's allowed to strip it one on one.

    It costs a whole lot more than what the Tigers can afford, even more so for lighting. The cost goes into the millions, however it's not the tigers that own the stadium. The stadium is owned by the council, so "stop the rot" wouldn't stop at the proposed two million if they really wanted to turn...

    The way i understand it, the ultimate target is to be able to fund each club an amount equal to the salary cap. To do that and add a sixteenth team, all the NRL needs is 14.5 million dollars.     Free To Air (FTA) TV deal discussion

    Channel seven will big for both AFL and League. It had first bidding rights, and after nine's response, they then have last bidding rights on AFL. Either way, nine can't hold both sports and won't, which will result in better coverage of the NRL.

    I don't think it could be done in Sydney. Sydney is in fact a much larger city and the teams are spread out a lot moreso than in Melbourne. Eventually I think it will happen, but not with two stadiums, maybe 4 spread around the entire city, it's just more financially viable.

    I think that $25 million is what the clubs are losing altogether. But with the new TV deal, i'm pretty sure that the NRL will increase the funding that it gives to the clubs, and a 16th team will be no problem.
