    So is Roy Masters saying that players like Hindmarsh, PJ, Tahu, Grothe who have played state of origin+ up and coming stars like Tim smith are all reserve grade quality.The majority if not all of our 1st grade squad would be walk up starters for most 1st grade teams.

    i didnt mean cannings and mateo will win us premiership. Just meant that with big improvements from these type of players together with t. smith and other stars of 2005 firing then maybe we will have a greater chance this year.

    fast forward to June 30, 2007

    I think we will definitely lose lots of talent over the next few years. Hopefully we can keep the best of our youngsters. We cant complain too much as we went on big recruitment drive last year.

    Michael Hagan new Parramatta Eels coach for 2007!

    I think the players we've signed from the knights such as Tahu and Morris have been good signings. They have some talented youngsters. We are not light in that department but any players that might help us to win the comp would be useful.

    No new signings for the year

    Can anyone remember the last time Parra started a season without any new signings? Its quite a rarity for any club to do this. A big bonus is that we wont have to struggle early season with players getting to know each other. Should be ready to click from round one (injuries permitting)
