    The problem with the NRL 'topping up' contracts for the Top 20 players in the competition is that the Top 20 players in the competition change each year. I'm sure Luke Priddis circa 2003 might have made the Top 20, but come 2005 he's looking at a 200k pay cut because he's not a top player...
