As stated in another thread, how Chris Lawrence misses a jersey is laughable. I mean, Delaney got a jersey and he is a pasenger in our team whilst we wait for a better option (there is one, though conservative Carty ain't changing a winning team).

I am assuming Lawrence is a City boy?

Jared Maxwell will referee the annual City v Country clash, Paul Simpkins will be in the video box. Touchies TBC.

An example where the word GREAT is once more overused when discussing rugby league.

Delaney is a fine young player though he isn't going anywhere near as well as Lawrence. I have watched every Gold Coast Titans game since our inception and whilst I will agree he has improved thus far in a winning team, he is not IMO rep material.

Lawrence is a future superstar, Delaney is set to be a good first grade footballer (who will make a move to the forwards in the not too distant future).

For the record, Mark O'Meley's junior club was the Munmorah Maulers who are now defunct and replaced by the Nortern Lakes Warriors. He played a little a both before heading to the Wyong Roos and then on to St Edwards.

Delaney is doing far more than Pomeroy...i do beleive lawrence is unlucky but he should be on the wing at the expense of rooney

While country have a slight advantage with Danny Buderus, i think the City halves rules that out.

I think the bench will decide the game... and for mine, City have the better bench.
