idris has played centres the past few weeks either eqaul or better his skill/calibre and has done very weel against them, and will be the better for it. didnt like his high five thing to tahu but thats just me thats a bit of cheek but hey whatever. tahu will be on his game next time ;)

It was great to see him show some emotion and genuinely try and spur his side on.

As far doing very well, he was aside from Kimmorley I thought the Bulldog's weakest link against the Warriors. Lewis Brown as a substitute centre and Brent Tate as a fill-in winger absolutely destroyed him in that second half. He could barely make a tackle and offered heaps of space.

Good win by the Eels but the jury is still out. Dogs were depleted and played damn ordinary. If they can go close or knock off Manly or Dragons then I'll believe the hype.

Inu made him look like an absolute spastic last year in the finals match. I think the best kind of centre to face Idriss is somebody like Inu - more finesse and footwork based. Considering Idriss is one of the biggest players in the game, and definitely the biggest centre, no power-based centre is going to dominate him the way Inu did.

Though Tahu smashed Idriss early on, which inspired Parra (as it has done in the past three games) and set the tone for their defensive effort which won them the match.

That's the thing about players like Tahu - they have the ability to lift their entire team.
