After a few minutes to settle, regardless of the game I'm glad Penrith are playing well. Panthers and cowboys are the only teams I could stomach winning it if we don't.

Of the other pricks on that side of the draw (scum manly, scum bulldogs, scum storm) I really hope to see them there in the first week of October.

Justice prevails, what a sweet feeling for Penrith fans. Their team played a good brand of football, whilst the Sooks continually had hands in the ruck, lying all over the defenders, taking out supporting players you name it.

Hopefully JWH gets a week or two off, he seems to have gotten off most if not all of his charges this year yet he still gets reported every second week.

The cynics will marvel at how many superstars will sign for the Rorters for $80k now, and get approved by the NRL . $BW will play for nothing etc etc

Could be channel Nein and all the outside the cap payments they make to Rorters players will be in jeopardy, NOT :)

I think the Cowboys could destroy Roosters just like they did in the season proper. Get this filthy club on holidays where they belong bahaahahaha

Unfortunately, Sydney is not Townsville, and the Roosters probably won't drop that much pill again in half a season.

Well done Panthers! That just shook up the finals in a huge way.

Will the extra week mean they get any of their injured players back?

As for the roosters……. well, they let it slip and have only themselves to blame.

Well done Penrith, we deserved that loss.

Well said like a true gentleman and sportsman to boot.

But you still live to fight another day.Your side showed real class and brilliance that comes with the defending premiers.

I really thought our inexperience was going to cost us dearly in sections of that game, but somehow we managed to get the win.

A win of the ages if I may say.

Wow! had me jumping off the couch! What a win.

Really impressed with the set after the Whare try. Completed it, then got the ball back from putting Mini out. Compare this to after the first try where Smith knocks on, then we give away the penalty.

I would have felt really ripped off if we lost that.

Roosters off side, laying in the ruck and never square at marker. Probably the worst ever referring error I have seen in not calling SBW for a penalty after clearly knocking the ball out from DWZ after he was held.

So funny hearing Mini's comments to the refs saying they are not getting any calls!

Such a great win from the boys. Well done!

There's a reason that no team's gone back to back in the NRL era. They have a huge target on them and the Roosters will find it very difficult to play their best footy this finals series.

We get Docker back,I'm not sure who else.I think we have nobody returning as the rest are season ending injuries...but if we bring back Docker, who do we leave out after a team effort like that?

I notice we're now $5.00 to win the comp. We haven't been able to get under $15 all year no matter who we beat. Muahahahahah Muahahahahah.

Hope nobody brings up a lax point that the Roosters were without 3 or 4 players.

Especially when we had Kite missing for the last 30 minutes of the first half thanks to JWH.

Can you imagine what the other teams, who are underdogs, the confidence and inspiration they will get from a win like this?
