Shit,is that right?

IBM,disregard that last comment as I didn't realise this result knocks Brisbane out.

It doesn't. Can still get to 30 points. At this stage there's 4 teams on 28 (Storm to play Penrith on Monday night), and the Warriors on 26 to play tomorrow.

Run home:

Cowboys (28 points) - Sharks (H), Sea Eagles (H)
Storm (28 points) - Penrith (A), Roosters (A), Broncos (H)
Bulldogs (28 points) - Rabbitohs (H), Titans (A)
Eels (28 points) - Knights (A), Raiders (A)
Broncos (26 points) - Dragons (H), Storm (A)
Warriors (26 points) - Roosters (H), Titans (H), Panthers (A)
Dragons (24 points) - Titans (H), Broncos (A), Knights (A)

Would need a ridiculous number of results to fall their way, but it is still possible. Tonight's massive win helped.

All of a sudden this game is more important. The minor premiership is officially in our hands. 3 wins and we get it.

The cowgirls will wish they'd stayed in QLD. A loss wouldn't mean anything to Souths with George, Sutton and Teo out. That won't happen though.

Souths by 20+. Too big, too strong, too fast and a much stronger spine.

I am only responding to "troglodyte"s coming into a Souths v Cowboys . Anyway you need a mouthwash , to much dribbling cum from you Beaver.

Oh and BranVan3000 - Lol at Souffs :D:D:D:D

I mean, the Cowboys f**king turned up, I don't think Souths were that bad, it's just the Cowboys dominated them, but the loss will bring them back down a bit and perhaps allow them to become focused with a good chance the MP is gone.

I do wonder how the media will see the match. Excuses for Souths or legit praise for the Cowboys? They showed themselves as genuine contenders tonight.

Thats good.

Souths are in REAL danger of missing the top 4.

They play a resurgent Dogs next week, then the Roosters in the final round.

there's no way souths lose to the can't score for shit dogs! especially without j reynolds & maybe kasiano.

they only beat a reserve grade tigers by 20, when other teams have put 60 on them.

btw when is george burgess back?

Madge does not have a basic appreciation of peaking at the right time. It's well established by now. Time for souths to look elsewhere if they want to become serious contenders

And nobody can look at the rest of the draw without any hesitation on what is going to be the final 8.

Can you imagine in all the tipping comps out there, there are some people who have hardly NFI about league, and are killing it?

Well it's about time for the Cowboys. The expression Roy and HG used to use for Brad Fittler comes to mind - always "about to cut loose". They have the cattle, but can they finally get their shit together when it matters?

Dogs (who are on 30 btw) dropping their remaining 2 games is probably the best chance for Broncos/Dragons (need to up F/A)/Warriors.

Although Melbourne do have a fairly rough run.

The rorters lost 2 of their last 3 in the regular season last year.
