You're a dickhead because you're picking a fight with fans who've just watched their team throw a game away. Let it rest. Your team got the two points. Why do you need to win a fight on the internet with opposition fans on top of that?

This is the internet mate. Winners are grinners. If people don't want to get trolled by f**kwits they will go and do something else.

Yeah his team won with their 2 best players out.

Take Hayne and umm umm umm I dunno, some other twat out of your side and see how you go

I think everyone would have tried a bit harder like the Tigers players did. Plus the opposition might've slackened off like our players did.

This has been our only danger game all year for that exact reason. It's the first time we've been favourites. The Tigers scored one attacking try all game, and it was disgustingly soft. But they won it with enthusiasm and desperation. The kind of attitude you show when your best players are out.

We beat the Roosters last week with SBW but in round two when he was out suspended we got smashed by 50 points.

They were certainly robbed one play and one try

They were also gifted one with that huge forward pass and the Tigers were robbed a chance to score when Anasta didn't get penalised being run off the ball. There were shit calls everywhere as usual. When the whips cracked Sandow couldn't kick goals and Richards could. Brooks kicked a field goal and that's that.

Only heard it on the radio but it sounds like the Eels were a better team and we were fortunate to get away with the win.

I do find it funny how fans of losing teams blame refs for making mistakes that decided the game when their own team also made mistakes. Not ssuggesting I am any different of course.

At the end of the day the Eels played a team missing its two most potent attacking weapons. The Eels' own mistakes gifted the Tigers' two tries. Sure it sucks that decisions didn't go the Eels way, but it seems like they really should have done the business and only have themselves to blame.

I thought the disallowed try was the correct call.

I couldn't give a flying f**k if it's the inside or outside shoulder that contact was made to, Gower still came through the line and initiated significant enough contact with Brooks to take it off Parra (I had money on parra too so it was not like I wanted the try taken off them).

Awesome game and well done to all the fans that got out there today, we need more of this!!

He missed three kicks from the sideline. Some days they just don't go over.

Sandow had a decent game. Some rocks, some diamonds. It's his job to take risks. The worst thing about this game was our lack of support play in attack and defence.
I agree , Sandow provided more positive plays for parra then negative , very harsh to blame him for the lose.

Must say Tigers had bugger all in attack but still found a way to win..

Huge difference from last year!

Bad luck to Parra, thought they were the better attacking side on the day. Tiges have found a way to hang on and win, well done to them as well.
Three major errors cost Parra the game.

No try was a fair enough call.

If the Eels were serious about themselves as a threat they should have hammered this Tigers team. Yes, the Tigers had effort and all but very little attacking talent to achieve anything substantial. Eels should be looking at themselves rather than the referees or anything like that.

It wasn't a great NRL game but it was an amazing spectacle.

Two nervous sides and it showed for massive parts of the game.

The atmosphere was great, really good banter during and after the game between fans, no nastiness that I witnessed these are the games ANZ was built for.

As a fan I am supremely proud of the effort with half our spine, our best defender all out, losing Gavet and Anasta having a pig of a game.

Sitaleki was superb and Bodene Thompson was my MOM.

Eels will take a lot from that game. First really big game atmosphere for a few of their guys

Your pack dominated ours, with or without Farah.

We were lucky out back line and halves had some creativity, because our forwards worked hard but were simply monstered.

Playing the Tigers team without Farah and Tedesco should be easier on paper, but you still had that massive pack of forwards, and they ran riot.

I was there and chatted to many Eels fans. Gotta say a very gracious mob. Most willing to accept the result was fair. I got the impression they are just happy to be competing. Thing is, as a Tigers fan, I feel the same way.

Good luck Parra, hope we meet you in the semis.
