Appropriate way to 'celebrate' 50 years. Penrith still find a way to lose after being ahead all game. I can't see where a win is coming from now.

You'll realise that having a guy with a f**ked leg on the wing. The centre inside him on the bench due to a calf injury and no interchanges left means you are f**ked either way.

I disagree.

If you gave the Dogs the ball 3m from their own line and just took the tackle on the last you give the Dogs 1 less tackle and you can muscle up on them more inside their own 20.

Yep. Its Sowards fault his team is injured. No injuries and Panthers defend that set easy. Take out half the backline and guess what. There's holes everywhere

Souths in 2014 had no bench at all against the Warriors in the last 25mins and won.

It all comes down to who wanted it more.

The Dogs just don't go away.

Jesus! How about Kerrod Holland's post game interview?! Cocky SOB for someone who got tackled over the sideline in the last 10 mins when he received the ball 10 metres away from that sideline!!

Kicked some goals and kudos to him, but he came across as a w@nker IMO

The play for 80mins comments are geniused. Blake was out there for the last 10 barely able to walk

We have been a club full of excuses. Soward should not have given them 7 tackles. Or we should have wrapped the ball up in that last set for the bulldogs.

Nobody to blame but ourselves.

Here you go folks. Injuries don't matter. It all comes down to who wants it more

Wingers got a broken leg? Centre is on the bench injured? No interchanges left? No worries. Just want it more.

Moylan kicked us to victory 2 years ago in the corresponding fixture, gotta take the good with the bad.

expected to be pumped tonight by Canterbury, a performance that every panther fan can be proud of, just unlucky at the death.

good win Doggies

Upcoming draw Broncos (H), Dragons (A), Eels (A)- could easily be 3 losses.

If so, Griffin might not last a year.

Injuries can't be an excuse for everything, still lack enough smarts and game awareness to close out a game.

Could the nrl please remove the shot clock lol its actually slowed the game down. If anything bringing the interchange to 4 would make a bigger difference. In the last period bulldogs had a leg up after panthers ran out of interchange

We can blame the coach for selecting an injured player on gameday and f**king us for when we got more injuries.

You cant blame the guys on the field with a depleted side and no way to replenish it though. Soward does 50 great kicks and one poor kick. The loss is his fault though. Forget the fact that in most games his fit side defends 7 tackles easy. Blame one poor set for a loss and ignore the reason a side couldn't defend a poor set.

He was excited.

Give him a break.

He was interviews only just after the moment when adrenaline was pumping.
