Less than two years. If another team ain't added until 2028 then they will have five years to cement their roster.

I was referring to the amount of time provided to the Dolphins.

If Perth is the 18th team then they should be given five years to solidify their position in the NRL before another team is added. Realistically, they'll struggle for depth over the first season or two. The Dolphins lacked depth last year and fell in a heap when injury and suspensions set in to their topline players. The game needs to give Perth an opportunity to recruit a strong roster so it doesn't end up like the Force and Suns.
