Sure I haven't.

Yeah you did

The original post was remarking how Soviet era architecture was a significant thing in Europe (which it isn’t) and you decided to defend it because it came from one of your cronies.

It is not my fault that you defended the wrong position.

Bit like the French and the maginot line

their architecture may be drab but the soviets did win ww2 pretty much whilst the eastern front was in a holding pattern

Always good to see another West Aussie interested in NRL! You're not wrong, perth supports its clubs, especially when doing well. The biggest impediment to a perth club is myopic Rugby league folk, sadly some of who are in charge, that struggle to comprehend that you can sell quality products to new cstomers. Theres a lot of them on here, they just want to see the game remain confined to its heartlands, and come up with all sorts of weird and wonderful arguments to back up that belief.

Perth will one day have an NRL club, its inevitable for the countries 4th biggest city in a country that doesnt have many big cities. How soon is anyones guess.

Rugby League remains the only professional sport in the country that doesnt have a club in Perth, tells you a lot about Rugby League and why it has remained in small geographical outposts of the world.
Even still (and I know I said I agree with you), when you speak to a lot of Europeans who’ve been to Australia, they invariably say how amazing our cities and laid back culture are. I suppose it’s a case of grass is greener.
I find a lot of Euro cities to be spectacular to look at, but often with a dirty underbelly.

I said the Force averaged twice as many fans to their games than the Reds in their respective debut seasons. If you think that's the same as saying there's no RU fans in Perth then you're an idiot.
Your so anti-RL that you think it can't ever possibly appeal to someone outside of Brisbane's southern suburbs.

And that there is no possibility for growth in fans, sponsors and TV ratings in any region.

Lol - no I didn't. I said soviet architecture is mainly in Europe.

..this whole soviet thing is ultimate distraction play to get everybody to forget there's no bidders from nz, Perth, Adelaide..

Great, so we never should have introduced a 2nd Brisbane side, since the Crushers highest average was 12k, and as you've pointed out, crowds in 1995 are proof they will be bad in 2023.

No, they shouldn't have replicated crushers model (which they haven't) & have broncos 2.0..

Or another Gold Coast team, or let souths back in, or kept in the 6 clubs with lower crowds than the reds, in fact boot them out now seeing as they had poor crowds in the mid 90’s lol

it’s staggering donkey and his alt can’t see that the mid 90’s and today are different worlds for the game. Every club since that time has increased crowds, some have tripled them. But somehow Perth won’t be any different than 27 years ago, mind numbingly dumb argument,

Yeah that was your distraction play.

The original comment that I responded to was from another poster which implied that Soviet architecture was everywhere in Europe. I stated that quite rightly that is not the case and you decided to go on another tangent which wasn’t even discussed by that poster nor I and for a reason that nobody knows other than yourself.

If you want to defend that rather ridiculous comment then that’s on you.

Sure.

The Russians were both the turning point in WW2 and quite significant also for the Napoleonic wars.

You're the f**kwit who is always going on about Perth having two and a half times as many players in 1995 than in 2023. Now you're claiming there's more rugby league fans in Perth today than there were in 1995.

It's funny watching you contradict yourself.

Wests Tigers current board all axed, Barry O’Farrell interim Chairman and Shane Richardson interim CEO, wonder if Richardson (current Brisbane Tigers bid boss) will look to merge the Wests Tigers and the Brisbane Tigers ?.
