Hmmm, Thats the LC and includes a $17mill grant for capital ex

The football club did well with a nice big hand out from the NRL. In reality the FC earnt around $19mill which would make it no where near the most profitable FC in Australia.

Cant believe you still cant read an annual report after all these years lol
Afl clubs aggregate gambling revenues

told you an nrl license Was a license to print money

He thought the $15m increase in grant revenue was the increase in the NRL distribution.

Crowds where the rent would make profits small

dolphins have flexibility to switch between grounds
Self fulfilling prophecy playing games at an 11k stadium. Dumb for a Brisbane2 club. Just another reason the decision wasnt a great one if you believe that they couldnt get 20k plus crowds at Suncorp for every game.

Hull kr could play their derby at the kc

but they don’t
Hull KR dont claim to represent all of Hull. If theyd built the MKM were it was originally planned for then HKR would play in it as well. None of which has anything to do with Brisbane2 playing games in a shtty unfit stadium on the outer rim of the city.

The Broncos just had record profits playing exclusively out of Lang Park.

But the "2nd biggest RL club in world" Dolphins are too povo to pay the rent there?

You've already been informed that it's not $50m. $10m over 5 years doesn't mean an extra $10m each year. It means $10m held for 5 years.

Also, this is how much a $10m bank guarantee means

Do you have evidence it is just $10m?

Numerous articles have listed it as $50m:

A new Queensland team armed with a $50 million bank guarantee will officially be invited to join the NRL in time for it to begin competing for player signatures from November 1.

As the NRL confirmed an expansion would take place from 2023, the game’s finances were also on the agenda, with the new club required to have a $50 million bank guarantee to carry it over the next five years without handouts from head office.

They will not be required to pay a licence fee.

Armed with a $50 million bank guarantee and the likelihood NRL coaching icon Wayne Bennett would lead the team, the Dolphins won every category assessed by the Australian Rugby League Commission's bid team and they had next to no time to do set up
