So afl investment has got them To 34k registered players in qlnd, but there no way rugby league in wa or vic could get to 20k? Hmmmm sounding much like an afl fan there old donkey boy.
The point is there's no evidence that throwing $9m at Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth will lead to an extra 35k people playing rugby league. It's just a bullshit figure you've plucked out of your arse. You're entitled to your opinion, but at the end of the day that's all it is. People aren't obligated to treat all of your opinions as facts. The ARLC doesn't have a mandate to do everything you want them to do.

There is evidence investment = bigger participation rates. That is unquestionable, the only question is how much to get how many. No reason at all Vic and WA couldn’t have 20k players in each state if the arlc got off its arse.
the arlc absolutely has a clear and written mandate to invest and grow the game nationally. It’s in their constitution.

For a city with 6m and a team that's never had a bad season there's no excuse for MRS to not be sold out whenever the Storm play. I'd hate to see the Storm's crowds when the club has a few shit seasons on the field.
Nrl doesn’t attract big crowds in any city, broncos still can’t get close to the equivalent afl clubs crowds. why you think it would in a afl city remains a mystery?

You mean like the seq team whose crowds tanked? Newcastle aside it happens to every club, why your singling out the storm I don’t know?

This is uttter rubbish. It costs a fortune to grow participation to those levels. And it takes bloody ages. The growth of afl in QLD to 50% of leagues participation has taken at least 15 years and cost tens of millions of dollars. I’d say you could get up to 10000 players in both WA and Victoria within 5-10 years but beyond that good luck unless we focus on growing pretty numbers via league tag. I’m not against this but to throw numbers around like this twat is is ridiculous. 35000 participants is a pipe dream dressed up as a wank fest.

Broncos crowd average is the highest out of any rugby club in the world

and he says it’s now high

lmao

what a dope
In comparison to other main sports clubs in other sports in other cities it’s nothing special. your literally agreeing with me league doesn’t draw big crowds by saying broncos is by far the biggest.
