The only fact you can have is that if he had been from NSW he would have played for Australia at least 4 years ago.

Otherwise playing for Victoria is a mark against his name not anything that helps him get a game.

Maybe just Maybe he is the best available all rounder in the country atm and if Australia want one in the team he is the best bet. Moses has not done anything yet to justify his selection in the team, Which I am sure the selectors were heartbroken about.
