Sehwag wicket is the key.

The rest of the Indian batting lineup is MORE than capable of getting the runs, don't get me wrong.

But the momentum that Australia will take if they get Sehwag for bugger all before lunch will be very difficult to turn around in the mental side of the game.

Sehwag is the man who can make or break this game. If he gets off to a flyer 0/60-70... it could well be to hard for the aussies to reign them in.

Sehwag is a huge wicket.

What's happened to Gambhir? Probably the best opening batsmen in the world in 08/09 and didn't look too bad in South Africa earlier in the year, but he just looks a shadow of his former self right now.

Man, I'm so impressed at Hilfy's come back. He always had that tendency to grab an early wicket then go hiding into his shell for the rest of the day. But now he seems to be as deadly and precise, first ball of his first spell to the last ball of his last spell. Great work and just rewards. I hope Mitchell Johnson is at home watching this because if he works as hard as Hilfy has, gee wiz he could come back as the world beater of old.

As to be expected with Sehwag.... either he gets lucky and scores runs, or the more likely he throws his wicket away.

Negativity will set in now.

How many test cricketers these days just throw away their wickets... crazy
