Shocking review, bowled him next ball.

This pitch has completely disintegrated and it's only day two. Should've played the second spinner.

Handy little partnership here, Lyon riding his luck but doing s good job supporting Voges.

Geez Rogers and Voges have been given rough deals having to wait until they've almost retired before getting a shot.

I will say this whilst maintaining my position that Burns should have been picked before Voges:

I am 100% fine with Voges keeping his spot and Darsh losing his when Rogers is fit.

Lead now 100.

Seriously good fightback. Looked like we were going to do well to have a 30-40 run lead.

Great knock Adam Voges. Brilliant stuff when the next best score was in the 20s.

Now we can piss Darsh off.

Of the 22 batsman who have batted in this game, only two have passed 30 and the second best is 36.

Great knock.

Same story with the Australian batting.. 112 runs for the first 5 wickets. 156 and counting for the second 5

Again - nobody was questioning Voges ability.

It was about what had Burns done wrong to go from incumbent to not even being a backup?

Voges has never let us down when picked for the one day side

He wont let us down in the test arena

He will most likely get a ton tonight to silence the knockers

Indeed - and he's the only thing separating you from the Windies in this test so far

It is a selection policy that's hard to understand, but they often are.

Guess I'd simply say Voges > Burns. To be honest, Burns looked pretty run of the mill to someone who's not seen him play first class cricket.

The real question should be why are Marsh and Watson in the team ahead of Burns?

Even better question, agree with Timbo Burns had done nothing wrong to be dropped. But how guys like Darsh and Watson can continue to fail year after year and appear to be automatic selections is one for ripleys.

Fantastic knock by Voges just again makes you wonder why for years he has been left out for a guy like Darsh, selectors seem to fall in love with his attractive 30's instead of grit and results.
