I don't mind it every now and then. Definitely not every test match.I have to say this game is a real punish to watch. Dustbowl test cricket isn't going to bring any interest back to the game.
I'm all for balance in pitches, but I don't think a batter should have to go about their innings assuming a ball with their name on it is going to squirt off the wicket sooner rather than later. The 2011 test between NZ and Australia at Hobart is an example of a low scoring match with much better balance between bat and ball.I don't mind it every now and then. Batsman have got it easy most of the time.
It's more exciting where every run is valuable and hard to get.
