Meh, Balmain got us back for that in '69, so I'm not fussed.

Umm because noone in that town goes for Souths? And there were only between 4000-6000 fans from Souths at the Bulldogs game, but if you think every fan goes to every game, you're kidding. Also, If we only have 4000 fans how did we draw 8000 against Melbourne because I highly doubt they brough 4000 fans.
and we drew more than that against them - keep digging you are making a nice hole for yourself

I never disputed that. But, remind me of your crowd against the Cowboys when you were sh*te? I'll give you a clue, it was less than what we got against the Storm last week.

I find that an unbeliievably racist generalisation, look at the Bulldogs fan demographic, there are more anglos there than Lebanese ppl, if this forum wouldnt ban me for doing so this post would be full of expleteives.

He didn't generalise, the Bulldogs crowd has thousands of Lebanese people in it.

Average crowd at Brookvale last night.

That said, crowds are always down when Origin is on...

One of the teams playing last night averages over 15k.

Which one?

If it was possible to remove opposition supporters from the figures then your averages would be a hell of a lot closer to Melbourne's.

Manly, dumbass.

We aren't a city of just under 4 million.

We haven't had a crowd under 13k in almost 2 years, including well over 15k against teams like Brisbane, Canberra, North Queensland, Melbourne. So yeh, whatever. It was also raining in the worst stadium on the planet to sit in for that kind of weather.

Why am I making excuses about attendances to Melbourne fans? lol.

told you we were having an average year for crowds

reason why? The NRL (and lack of promotion) for its games this year has been pathetic
