Massive losing streak in the latter part of the year?

41 previous years of terrible failure?

They love their Amco Cup from a thousand years ago Tim.

Throw a blanket over everyone except Melbourne really. 2-16 could finish anywhere.

Souths will struggle as i think that Panthers/Roosters/Dragons will all improve in leaps and bounds, Storm will be there but wont be as dominating as previous years and Manly may struggle to keep a place in the 8 to Knights/Eels

Souths came 7th this year with probably the worst halves in the competition. Now imagine we punted Jeremy Smith/Joe Williams and had Craig Wing in the halves all year. That alone plus the return of David Kidwell should see us move up a position or two on the ladder IMO.

In terms of the Cowboys,I don't really understand why people are picking them to be at the bottom part of the ladder.
Earlier this year we were picked to be in the top 2/3 and we didn't have a steady 5/8,or forward pack, weird.

The ladder is purely speculation with mine as well, pure guessings.

I love that everyone seems to be picking the Knights outside the 8.

We will be the big improvers next year, given an even run with injuries.

I still think Souths will have a great year, just that some of the other teams lower down, Roosters/Panthers/Dragons will hopefully all kick on in 2008 thus leaving Souths struggling a little. Titans and Sharks to finish in the bottom two

Umm?

God you're right, why oh why did we ever let go of Tanner, the lynch pin of our pack, or how about Brad Tighe, the devastating crown jewel of our backs? OR... Josh Perry enough man for 8 props with less than the impact of 1. Or George Carmont, or Riley Brown, or, or, or.

Idiot.

Panthers can be a big improver IF Jarrod Sammut plays in the halves and not some nuffy like Firman.
