1-Manly wait and see
2-warriors no confident would not be a surprise to see them miss the 8 altogether
3-Dragons should improve by how much wait and see
4-Cowboys no injurys to certain players they will make the 8
5-Broncos same with the cowboys
6-goldcoast wait and see
7-Sharks risky to have them in the 8 but dont know who will replace them, similar to the bulldogs only one or two attacking players
8-knights not confident dont know who would replace them
9-storm Dont have the coach to come up with plans
10-roosters dont have an attacking halfback, will rely too much on anasta, and need a coach with more then the kick for a try plan
11-penrith cant see them being a threat
12-souths could be a surprise packet
13-raiders no
14-tigers no
15-eels superleague coaches dont have a good record when in the nrl
16-bulldogs cant see where the attack going to come from

I'll only do the top 8 and the spoon. No particular order... just broken down into group.

Top 4:
Storm
Manly
Warriors
Broncos

5th - 8th:
Eels
Dragons
Sharks
Roosters

Spoon:
Tigers, Panthers or Bulldogs

Raiders and Knights are also a pretty good chance at cracking the top 8... probably at the expense of either the Sharks or Eels.

Can't see saints turning it around in one season, though they do have some good buys. Cronulla, jeepers hate to see them do well after Ricky's permformances lately, but Barrett, despite having his knockers can still play the game.

Most people see the warriors there. They loose Wiki as a player, get back Stacey, look injury free with cover the McKinnon, confidence is there, a bit of a feel good factor. Pretty exciting, is this gunna be like 2002? I'd take a 2008 repeat. That was one the great runs. Up there with Saints 1984 run in the semis, only to be beat by Para in the last 40 odd seconds.

Manly will be there. Des Hasler is a legend (despite being a Manly bloke) and he was always going to be a good coach. The cowboys, a coupla good seasons mixed with a lot of bad ones.....dunno. The Storm, been good for years, whats going to change that? Bulldogs, your kidding? Almost engrave the wooden spoon now couldn't you?

What do saints have to turn a round they were 1 game short of 5th and finished 7th?
