On a Monday night? Will struggle to get 15K
Apparently predicting 40k for Melbourne. I reckon high 20's at the most TBH.
Your predictions seem pretty standard.. right up until that last one.
Well i was just being in my own lovely little world for a bit.
You're an idiot locky.
Don't forget last year's crowd of 22,000 was in Driving rain!!
A lot depends on which teams get going. This year the Dragons look to be up and about and if that continues they could surprise with their ability to draw crowds everywhere they go. If the Dogs go on a run they can draw a home average well over 20,000 if things fall for them. Form of the bigger clubs is important since it raises all boats.
Look at the AFL giving Richmond blockbusters and hoping they come good because hey know that Richmond will draw huge if they do get going. Equally we have the Dragons sleeping for years but now up nd I think they will help a lot on their travels if not at home.
Yep. No team has the away team pulling power the Dragons do when they are playing well. Just shows how many and spread out Dragons fans are, but also how fickle they are.
crowd @ melbourne looks around mid 20's
Yeah, pretty decent.
edit: 25480 to be exact
Is this being shown at 4pm in melbourne
Crowd: 25,480 @ melbourne
That is an excellent number.
Good crowd for the Storm. Hopefully their other Etihad games can edge towards 20k also. Just looked at their draw - Manly then Warriors for the Etihad games.
Manly and the Warriors should attract good numbers.
good crowd, this is an occasion where it was good that it wasnt live against the gate
Melbourne's largest regular season crowd ever.
