It's in the bag already! Don't forget it includes all the member who'll sign up before the game on monday! The Bulldogs have voluteers going around the ground signing them up!

I hope we make it mate and i will party hard on Monday night at the stadium (and after) if we do. I just don't think we will at this stage.

Maroon Members Club Takes Off
QRL Media
10/03/2011

THE Queensland Rugby League today launched its exclusive Maroon Members Club which will provide fans with a unique opportunity to be right in the thick of the Maroons’ quest for an unprecedented six Origin Series victories.

In a huge incentive for loyal fans, all members will instantly receive two reserved seats for either the first OR third Harvey Norman State of Origin match in Brisbane this year.

XXXX Maroons coach Mal Meninga urged Queenslanders to get behind the team by joining the Club.

“Membership is a great way to extend your support for our team and to gain access to those little insights that the general public may not hear about,” Meninga said.

Members will receive a sensational range of gear, including polo shirt, cap and numbered keyring, and will have the privilege of accessing Maroon Member web content including in-camp video, team announcements and competitions.

The competitions are worth the price of membership alone, with the fabulous chance to visit the Maroons dressing room after a game in Brisbane up for grabs.

That Maroons membership is an interesting idea. I wonder if the money would go straight to the QRL or will tickettek still get a majority of it.

Im glad its only a 1000 limit as I would hate to think that its almost always the same 50'000 people going to the SOO games in Qld.

Id love to see a similar initiative for the Kangaroos.

Dragons Reach New Membership Milestone

10/03/2011 4:35:19 PM

The St George Illawarra Dragons are now 18,000 Red V Members strong as the Club continues to surge towards its 2011 target of 20,000 members.
The fantastic milestone was achieved on Thursday afternoon after John Kokkinos from Kareela signed-up for his first Red V membership at the Dragons' Kogarah office.
The Dragons have already overcome last year’s Red V membership total of 15,711 and encourages all supporters to join and support the Red-and-White this season.

The Warriors numbers are AMAZING!

The Warriors, Storm, Sea Eagles, Knights and Roosters look to hit 10,000 once the final numbers come through, which is fantastic!

Within 2 years we should see the Titans, Tigers & Raiders join them (baring a couple of spoons).

The cowboys are crawling along, barring a win at Suncorp and early form that could be as many as they get this year. Another week of good growth all round and next week we should/could have the wabbits break 20K, Knights and roosters going over 9k so happy days!

With the consecutive years of growth by most clubs, the membership teams should be asking the CEO's to double or triple the marketing budget for memberships, it is surely proving its financial worth by now!
