The best thing that could happen for the Cowboys is some strong trial form.

If the club can come out and win say all three of the trials, or at least two and be competitive in the other one, it will go a long way to giving their fans some confidence leading into the season.

trials mean nothing and most fans know that, when my team wins or is competitive in most trials i get worried cause it always means a slow start to the season.

a nice little spike for the raiders after the orford signing, but still disappointing numbers given how last year finished.

i think canberra is full of bandwagoners who will jump on if the raiders start well. this is particularly true if the brumbies are no good.

'Battle of the Beaches' starts tomorrow. Hopefully a good surge this week for the Sharks, Eagles and Roosters.

Sensational news!

Great ideas by each club too to try and score some memberships. Hope they push it hard on Facebook and Twitter too.

Any fans of the 3 clubs on here who are considering a Membership get one this week to help your Club to the money.

Hate to say it but good job sharks...if the Sharks stay ahead it will say a lot about Manly and Easts.

Might as well merge them so the rich snobs from the northern beaches and the rich snobs from the eastern suburbs can all go for one club.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but what will be the other groups competing in coming weeks? I'd guess:

Battle of qld (broncs cows tits)
Battle of the west (eels, panthers, tigers, dogs)
Battle of sydney (saints, souths)
Battle of regions (warriors, raiders, storm, knights)
