These are f**king amazing and its exactly the kind of thing i have been hoping the NRL would start promoting.

I personally hate how focused the clubs are on selling the jersey replicas. In the polyester they just look too f**king ridiculous to wear anywhere other than to a game. I own one jersey and i never wear it (i hate being a walking billboard). If anyone finds a newcastle jumper id love a heads up.

The code needs to promote merch that people can just casually wear in public, so you don't have to be a diehard to pull it off but still be able to show club support. Its like how afl fans will just wear a scarf in their club colours on the street or how some league fan have the old cotton jerseys that they just wear as a jumper but this polyester just looks awkward. Also, those boardshorts in club colours are a great look, particularly unlike scarves because people can even wear them during the week on hotter days in the northers states which are NRLs main markets.

For it to be normal to represent your club just on the street is the best kind of public advertising the league can get. People just feel like its normal to be a league fan and eventually wearing this stuff will be how people moving into sydney or brisbane or newcaslte will look to fit in with the community.

Nailed it. Hopefully there is more of this type of merchandise to come!

I'd imagine since the designs aren't contemporary that you could sell them full price in later years. The prices on this year's (2013) gear will get slashed at the end of the year.

Along the same lines as the hoodies, check these jumpsuits out.

Missus won't let me get my daughter one.

Maybe your missus may be more accomodating SMBN.

She wouldn't allow a storm one in the house either.

Our wives are quality.

FTR we already have something similar for the tiges.

That's easily the biggest sponsor logo in the game.

I'd be interested to know if it's within the sizing guidelines.

Probably forced to cover the CSFC logo.

Would have been better if they had time to start fresh and get them made keeping the one solution stuff inside the hoops and maybe with white background etc.

Oh well, short term but take the dollars.
