I have teammates who -despite the sleeves all being short these days- STILL roll their sleeves up a bit and tape them down.

I think it's more a 'look at my guns' thing than a practicality thing though..!

I still did it up until last year with the short sleeves.

After doing it for 15 years, it felt weird not doing it.

Although as I got older the sleeves moved higher.

About how long does it take you to do a full mock up of these jerseys and, in particular, the logos?? For example....

creating a brand new design like this, if you just focused on one, about how long do you imagine it would take you to do??

Varies wildly. The logo almost always takes a lot longer as its something I have only started doing. Uniforms might take 1-2 hours if I have all the resources (logos, etc...) easily available. Putting the design on the template also adds time.

The Crushers logo was a quick one, lots of geometric shapes and fixed-width lines, I remember my PC freezing without saving the file so I took a photo of the screen with my phone and kind of retraced it. Usually a logo will take 4-8 hours but I often go back and retweak things.

I had Brothers in mind for the next time I do a Qld team. 'Burras does not appeal to me in the slightest.

I suppose I worded it as if I was spending all of my time on it. I'd spend an hour or so on it every few months. Tied it all together last night.

The base designs are pretty much what most people want around here and isn't anything special, I put more time into the detailing. The pattern on the shoulders is a map of NSW which is on the numbers as well.

I didn't want to post everything here as the pictures are pretty big but its all on my site, wont link it in case the mods/admins get the shits.

NRL shirts sell in the UK for 55 quid

That's $102 according to xe.com

A brand new NRL shirt - from the UK and it's cheaper than most fans can buy for here. OK, so Titans members can buy for the same price.

The other teams jerseys range from 60 quid ($111) to 77 quid ($145)

Whatever way you cut it, it seems all NRL jerseys are cheaper to buy in the UK than they are here :?
