Thanks, mate! No not yet, but ill give them to some old mates from uni that are there they had no idea of ANZ and are up in 626 row 43 ! Waiting to make sure old mate shows up, that could be awkward haha!

Has anyone seen the AFL GF crowd? It looks average, a few clumps of vacant seats up the top of the Members stand. Will post some pics from insta if i cbf.

Yeah we will be sweet. Will just swan on in, haha. The only time I have ever been hounded about moving to better seats is at ANZ, thats all. The staff seem to be way more on top of people wandering around, where as at Suncorp its like, meh.

At nib they don't have any stewards at all! It makes for fun and games at sell out games.

At the 09 GF I paid a small fortune for top notch seats as part of a package with some other lads. Got there early and settled in for the full program.

As the first grade approached a big fat lady started wobbling across the aisle and, you guessed it, plonked herself on the poor chair next too me. And across a fair share of mine and the one on the other side as well.

Following the next beer run I spotted those disabled chairs that sit two up a few rows behind. I took advantage of them as many of them were empty. Soon after an usher came by to move me on. I pointed down to what remained of my seat and said, "see that mate, I paid $200 for that and got half a seat".

His faced took on an understanding look and his smile said it all. I didn't get bothered for the rest of the arvo and enjoyed the GF in spacious comfort.

Was listening to the pre game show a little bit this morning and they dropped that line a few times...
NRL commentators/media never mention anything like that though ffs. AFL just wants to be noticed
