Should be a sell out on Sunday now SLRBroncos? #NoExcuses

I'm not sure if ill be going still - pre booked a pub thing for the fight. Might do both.

If most people are like me and had their lower level flooded or their car trashed don't expect it.

Of course, the Rosalie shops flood when you get 4mm of rain in the middle of a drought. :) Used to live 500m from them. Those were the days!

Well done ARL for rescheduling for Sunday. Great move.
Should have been done 2 hours ago though.
It wasn't hard just by looking at the BOM radar to tell that this game wasn't going to go ahead.

Suity

PS. unfortunately though, the damage is done. The worst of the rain is gone and Brisbane will be under clear skies later on.

When was the last time a Friday night game was postponed? Bet ch9 are spewing lol.

Growing up with with winter rugby in UK we were used to getting half way across the Pennines in snow and ice to hear on the radio the game was off and having to turn around and risk life and limb to drive home.

Often we'd get to the ground early to help shovel snow off the pitch. Maybe they could have done the same at Suncorp and given everyone a mop and bucket lol.

For all the complaints about NRL crowds, this Super Rugby crowd tonight is horrible. 8 or 10 years ago this was a sellout. Looks to be half full at best

People are forced to stay in their city offices for the night.

Major roads to the north are still full, including Bruce highway.

Thousands of people still at train stations now. One mate had to walk 11km home from the city, through knee deep water for most. Still light raining. Tomorrow we will wake up to the shit job of cleaning up.

Yes but the sun shower they got at Cronulla last week was worse than this.

I don't believe he actually did that. Was his house on fire or something?

She did, she lives in Stones Corner had to circle navigate her way around, still water flooding - look for pictures. Trust and believe, the woman is from Charleville - been through this.

Pfft... I used to walk 20 miles to school every day in waist deep snow, uphill in both directions,
