Great victory by Australia,NZ had a fantastic tournament and deserved there spot in the final but they looked a bit lost out there today,nervous and what not,they didn't play there best,Australia didn't really allow them to do so,good all round performance.

McCullum did what had worked for him all tournament, which was going the slog from the start.

BUT it was the first time NZ had played in Australia in the tournament, so common sense should have told him that a period of acclimatisation was necessary.
