they showed a stat at the start of his innings, which was total 6s hit by players in BBL history ... at the beginning of his innings ... Lynn had hit 84 sixes ... the next highest was Gayle with 51 .... by the end of the innings I assume Lynn had much closer to 100

Chris Lynn is next f**king level. Jesus Christ
When he's next up for auction for an IPL contract, his bank balance is going to be next level too!

Good on him and good luck to him. I like the way the arried himself too, like a silent assasin, no histrionics, no over the top fist pumping....

A fantastic last 4 tests. Great comeback from embarrassing form previously.
We actually look like a team now, and I love the way we were actually seriously attacking when we had to be. Players prepared to sacrifice their wickets and test average for the good of the team.
That's real test cricket.
Not this BBL bullshit, which is utterly crap and I cannot stand. It's a f**king circus.

BBL is better than the snorefest international one dayers we will now have to sleep through

Playing the same team 3 times (or 5 or whatever the f**k) is just plain boring .... the BBL at least offers a competition with some variety

Agree with this, I'd like them to see the Tri series. Sadly they won't.

All cricket is good cricket.

Odis vs Pakistan are likely to be a bore though. They stink in that format

Thats cos you're all a bunch of old farts stuck in the old days

There were a few old boys at my club who hated T20. Even I wasn't a huge fan...then we put sides in the T20 competition and we really gained a n appreciation for how tough a game it is.

Much more enjoyable and harder to play than 50 over cricket.

I've played all forms but much prefer the longer version.

T/20 is more fun to play than it is to watch, you can get out for f**k all and no one cares.

We don't get to play long form, it's T20 or 50 over stuff because I'm not paying $500-$1000 to play second or third grade Grade Cricket and get washed out every second weekend. May as well pay 200 bucks and play first or second grade in the synthetic comp lol.

I reckon T20 is way harder to play. There's both less pressure and more pressure as a batsman. Yeah if you get out for nothing it's not really a big deal, but when you're out there and striking at 70 you definitely feel the pressure. I can be striking at 30 in 50 over cricket and be completely comfortable because I know that 200 is usually a very competitive score, and I can always smack a few late boundaries or take down a spinner and come off with 30 or 40 off 60 and everyone is happy.

Plus, for me, T20 improved my batting out of sight. I never turned into a slogger at all, I just extended my existing strong shots into six hitting shots. So you get all these muppets trying to smack the bowling over cow corner but I hit sixes over cover and point, or straight down the ground. That's helped me massively with longer form cricket

I thought you didn't play longer form cricket because of the cost.
