For the record
Speaking of; can you change yours? I think its scratched.
So 20 years of no success stopped your fans being loyal but it's easier to blame the NRL and not previous management of the club for lacking the competence to lift the club out of the doldrums? No dickhead
20 years of little success has stopped our fans being loyal
And again you miss the point
The policy is indicative of the NRLs short sightedness
It doesn't mind our fans buying memberships & supporting our team all season long
Til week 3 of the finals when they suddenly want nothing to do with us
13 clubs get to host a prelim in their home city
3 do not
It's BS.
Should be a classic, would love to see it clear 35-40k
Sharks fans love the SFS for finals, there will be 30k of us I reckon, a few thousand Cowboys & a couple thousand neutrals. Will go close to 40....

The policy is what it is, and you'll find many who agree with Canberra not being suitable also don't find AAMI or T'ville suitable either.
I hope I'm wrongSharks fans love the SFS for finals, there will be 30k of us I reckon, a few thousand Cowboys & a couple thousand neutrals. Will go close to 40....
I am putting this here because I know that Perth Red will see it.
THE MOST POPULAR TEAM!
Fair weather raiders fans
I guess the answer to that is so you can blame anyone but yourselves. You said we need to build a loyal supporter base
Why bother when we're treated differently to most clubs
I guess the answer to that is so you can blame anyone but yourselves.
At least @Pete Cash sees the situation for what it is.
FFS Dave drop the emotive rubbish.Lol
And how exactly are we to blame for the NRLs Sydney centric home region policy Einstein ?
That's on them & no one else
And it's that sort of BS among a litany of other examples of lunacy that breeds contempt & a lack of true engagement by our games fans.
No wonder fans are turning away in droves from the NRL right across it's fan base.
Didn't that prelim against the knights get 37,500 or something? I remember it being loud. It's really difficult to get 40k+ at the SFS, it relies on stadium members like anywhere else and anything short of an A-League GF or similar sees it fall short of the 40k mark in recent years.
As a comparison, the roosters/Knights 2013 Prelim got just under 36k from memory and the place was rocking. I expect a similar crowd this week.
The Roosters/dogs in 2003 did get 41k for a prelim but that had 2 Sydney sides, a luxury this fixture doesn't have.
FFS Dave drop the emotive rubbish.
You got TWO home finals this year and you still have your knickers in a twist about something that didn't happen... and suddenly the bottom is falling out of the NRL because of this?
Please.
just let it go
