Prediction for next round
Broncos vs Souths - 42k Suncorp
Bulldogs vs Titans - 16k ANZ
Raiders vs Wests - 14k Gio
Cowboys vs Eels - 21k Smiles
Sharks vs Panthers - 18k Shark park
Knights vs Manly - 20k hunter
Dragons vs Roosters - 28k Allianz
Melbourne vs Warriors - 20k AAMI Park
No matter the day it's a typical Roosters crowd. All that success that past few years couldn't translate to 20k+ crowds yet the Swans/Waratahs/Sydney FC when successful can bring the crowds. If the likes of Parra or Newcastle had Rooster past years of success it be impossible to keep the stadiums to capacity. 3 minor premierships should be drawing a big bandwagon not the Roosters.
You are a broken record with an obvious agenda. So applying your logic why isn't Souths crowds thru the roof? They have gone backwards after winning a gf 18 months ago.
Roosters have a higher avg home crowd than Sydney FC and Waratahs despite us competing with 8 other Sydney clubs.
If you want to compare to the swans then all Sydney nrl teams fail. It is an absurd comparison. Until recently they have been the only team in this city just like Sydney FC and Waratahs.
And why should being successful have anything to do with it. That being the case last nights crowd is justified then? Brain dead arguments by brain dead people.

Because (and it's getting boring pointing this out to you all the time) The NRL don't see a problem with crowds. They made a decision long ago to position the game as a product for TV to achieve profitability. Every decision they make from scheduling, to marketing, even to rules (tell me the bunker isn't a TV marketing tool) is made to position it further as something that exists for people in lounge rooms. Sure, they would like to have full stadiums as an added bonues but they are more than happy to continue with the status quo as long as the TV money keeps rolling in. Wringing your hands about it in this thread, whilst it brings me constant LOLZ, is possibly the most irrelevant discussion in NRL Land.

It will rain all weekend in sydney so i predict
Broncos v souths 41k
Bulldogs v titans 11k
Raidera v wests 14k
Cowboys v eels 20k
Sharks v panthers 7k
Knoghts v manly 12k
Dragons v easts 27k
Melbourne v warriors 25k
Lol, what is this?
Anzac Day clash against out traditional rival. Free tickets for all who have served/serve in armed forces. Ticketmaster sales are showing limited tickets for the hills, similar to the Tigers game which drew 21,000.
We might be destined to collect our second spoon, but to suggest we get out lowest crowd of the year hence far at this fixture is plain wrong.
Im confident of 20,000 + again for the worst team in the NRL.

PAX 18884 for Dragons Easts... not a good sign. Should rightfully draw 35k these days irrespective of form
