52,347 at Suncorp nice
Should be a double header at ANZ, get 80,000
And which 4 teams do you think would get 80,000 at ANZ on a Saturday night?

8,308 apparently lol lucky to be half that
All four home teams - any combo will do.
Dogs - Eels - Tigers - Souths
Agree
Tigers v Dragons
Bulldogs V Eels
Possibly could crack 50-55k at best I'd say, but they'd all have to be in really good form

- 6/3/99 - Double Header Round 1 NRL Premiership 104,583 ... at Stadium Australia:
manly v Newcastle
Parra v saints
Are GWS actually nieve enough to think everyone believes those crowd figures. Some halfwit on twitter was going on about how they average over 21K compared to the Wanderers 14K, quoting "the numbers don't lie". Usually I find it hilarious when AFL types and Football fans go head to head but these are serious delusions.
I doubt we'd get 80'000 to a double header for regular season matches. Maybe after the reconfiguration. But sitting in the nosebleeds sucks.
So I guess Manly will get a massive boost in crowd average due to that game. However there was no real advantage for them in taking a home game to Suncorp. Majority of Crowd were still behind the Broncos.
Lies, damn lies and statistics lol
Between that game and hopefully a sell out in Perth Mnaly should get their biggest "home" crowd avg ever.
Aware of that sport.
27k were willing to go all those years ago.
Couldn't sell out a 20k capacity stadium against a fellow Sydney team in an extremely meaniful game in terms of the club's history.
Yeah..ground holds 20k sport.
Progress...
16,150 here in Newcastle. I don't know how much longer we are going to see solid crowds like that here.
