Both of jacks priors are borderline anyway. One is his hit on a falling soward that only got a charge because it wasnt penalised on the field and the other is touching a ref i believe.

The key is that the indicator says his arm must be tucked at the point of contact. That there is the point of contact, and his arm is clearly not tucked.

If the judiciary are fair dinkum, he'll be cleared in 5 minutes.

He did indeed. When Ennis got off the NRL released a still to support it saying that it wasn't a shoulder charge because his elbow was in the air at the point of contact.........and guess what.......so is Jack's.

After seeing that on NRL360 common sense would seem to indicate that Buettner dug the NRL a hole and gave us all we need for Jack to fight the charge successfully.

Of course I'm sure there'll be a fourth criteria added and it'll become only necessary to tick off three of them.

Plenty of other players more important than Wighton. Sezer, Hodgson, Papalii, Leilua, Rapana, Croker. I don't see the point in taking Wighton off

Only Hodgo or BJ have the same influence but we have cover for both. Since he pulled the finger out after the Dragons game have won 13 straight with him at fullback and we lost the 1 game without him pretty easily.

Using 100th of a second freeze frame to claim his arm was away from the body is stretching it.

Don't get me wrong I know full well Ennis' was too.
