So Melbourne at home got roughly the same as Souths v Bulldogs and Dragons v Titans combined? Wow, what the hell is going on in Sydney? Basically 50k of this weekend's crowds have come from Brisbane and Melbourne.

I recon everyone involved in NRL and NRL club management and game day stuff etc, should be forced into going to Stanford v Rice next weekend at SFS with a notepad and pen.
Compared to other big college football programs Stanford put on a very ordinary game day experience but it still going to be jaw dropping in comparison to NRL.

My mate is promoting. Said they have only sold 16k tickets. Is giving them out to anyone who wants them for free, as long as they show up.

I think the combination of a lack of toilets and the availability of beer cans on that hill has something to do with it

Thanks. Thought thst may have been the case. These people whom price the tickets just dont get it! They would rather price gaigethan have a chocker block full hill for the fans to experience and for the tv audience to "respect " and be impressed by. Amazing lack of public relations acumen and poor business look as well.

It beggars belief that in this day and age, if NRL clubs want to play games at shitty grounds like Leichhardt, that it isn't just reserved seating for the grandstand and GA every where else in the f**king place.
It encourages people to get there early if they want a blue seat. Encourages more sales.
If they want to play games at these shitty old grounds, they should sell tickets the way they used to. Not charge a fortune for what in reality, are shit seats anyway.

People are brain washed muppets if they think some college Gridiron Football is better then Rugby League.
