2017 Finals Wk2 - Eels v Cowboys (GAME DAY THREAD)

The way I see it, If we were rating teams going into the finals at round 26

Level 1 - Storm

Level 2 - Roosters, Broncos, Eels

Level 3 - Sharks

Level 4 - Manly, Penrith

Level 5 - Cowboys, Dragons

We were good enough to beat the best most consistent team in the comp last week, but lost the game on the back of avoidable errors and penalties - we beat ourselves.

The cowboys played as well as they could, and the sharks were damn terrible and it still took the cowboys 90 minutes to win.

We should win this game by 16-20 points. That's not being over-confident it's the reality in our form and ability vs theirs.

LATE MAIL | Eels v Cowboys, Semi Finals
The Parramatta Eels side to take on the North-Queensland Cowboys at ANZ Stadium in tonight's elimination Semi Final has been confirmed by Head Coach Brad Arthur.

Arthur has made a handful of changes to his side with David Gower and Siosaia Vave dropping out of 19 man squad named yesterday.

Kenny Edwards moves into the starting side with Kaysa Pritchard and Peni Terepo called onto the bench.

Kick off is at 7:40pm

Interesting that Terepo is replacing Moeroa.

Probably because of his defence, maybe Scott will spend some time on an edge?
