A trip to NZ to promote State of Origin, which was supported by the NSWRL is what that article relates to.

Nothing to do with your claim that QLD are targeting Kiwis who live in Australia nor that Mal Meninga is somehow behind it.

And 100% nothing to do with that knock off jersey that was posted.

Just had a look on their website and they'll be naming their team of the decade this weekend which is what the different coloured names will be.

Brisbane did it for their heritage strip last year. Doubt any other team is brave enough.

Not sure this qualifies as a "one of aqua strip" - for a start it was more mint than anything, but more than that, it's now the third straight season they've worn their Nines jersey v Warriors in Auckland - presumably to boost sales
