Their colours are shocking since the merger, but that's not bad.

I would go for Tigers colours for home and Wests for away to be honest.

The black jersey with the gold and white v's is the best in the comp.

Keep telling yourself that. The Illawarra was a feeder area for St George back when the other 15 premierships were won. There are even newspaper clippings calling St George the "Illawarramen" back before they were known as the Dragon-slayers.

And Cronulla was another feeder club during that same time remember and the club which now longer exists (St George Dragons) won a lot of those on the back on Sharks juniors - have a look at the history books, given you like the historical records so much. Funny how the premierships dried up after your lost those juniors when the Sharks broke away to now be stronger than the "Illawarra Dragons" both on and off the field because they finally got their crap in a pile.

Jealous of the premierships? - hard to be jealous of a club which no longer exists and had to merge which another broke club to make a super broke club. You have won one, live in the modern game.

If the Steelers had won one as well would you be counting that in a combined total - ha ha, or wouldn't that count because it wasn't in the Red V !!!

Only time I ever recall names on international jumpers was in 1997 (Super League)?

They have come out and said they are happy not to have a sponsor.

Jersey looks 10000x better without sponsors on it.

You don't have to plaster it across the chest. Stick it on the sleeve or near the emblem like they used to. It's great with nothing on the front but looks plain with nothing and like the national team can't draw a sponsor, which is probably true.

They've finally got the jersey right after the shit green and incomplete chevron of recent years, and the socks are back to normal, but the shorts are still wrong. Two stripes. Done. Easy.

Only other problem is it looks really cheap or something because it looks so shiny. I don't know why that is but it must be rectifiable.
