Just saw the Broncos 2017 jersey range in the flesh - I didn't realise the away is light grey not white.

I like that they arent trying to do designs (v, stripes, etc.) and are instead just branding through their colours (their design i 2007 was this exactly and they have never come close to beating that desgn since they changes), but its f*cking useless if their colours are "every shade of Blue imaginable"...

It doesnt matter how long they keep this jersey or how well recognised it might become, this design is IMPOSSIBLE to transfer to merchandise with any kind of maintained recognition.

Pick the shade of blue and stick to it!!

(I know the Lycra looks a bit ridiculous, but this is the closest thing to a perfect Titans jersey since they dropped their foundation strip)

It's probably old news, but it seems the NZ Warriors heritage jersey is a throwback to the 2002 jersey. I was in Rebel Sport here in Perth this evening and saw this:

That's just last season's jersey photoshopped tbh. The club has already said they won't be releasing their jerseys for a little while (was supposed to be this week but BLK's issues have stopped that).

But start with their shade of blue, fade to a very faint blue (almost white) with yellow trim on the collar and sleeves, ie vaguely similar to the colour scheme below but a simple design like above

I might have been good if they had actually tried to make a V shape...

Unfortunately, they decided to cut it off at the collarbone and remove the bottom for a sponsor.

So rather than getting a nice classic V, we were treated to a malformed septagon....

Id love to see them use the old Maroon Q to boarder their logo to go harder on their "Queenslander" angle...

Itd be great to have that little bit of history revived for the NRL

(it might be too much to add Maroon as a jumper colour though)
