Not really true, you had already stated you were a teacher before you posted your personal information allowing me to check that it is astonishingly true.

Not so. Plenty of contributors knew my profession without my stating it. We dissagree. But anyway I certainly think it's a worthy vocation.

Can I please have numbers to back up your claims?

I have listed some valid factors. It's up to you to doubt them. I know they are valid and very logical given what has happened to the code. The figures like junior participation numbers in
northern Sydney have been quoted before ( 22 clubs to 8 junior clubs etc) The facts are there.

This is what I don't get about your argument. You bang on about not abandoning North Sydney but the second the bears are in the NRL you want them shifted off the the Central Coast.

Secondly, you claim that we are losing ground in North Sydney to RU and AFL. So, how can they do it with no top flight presence and we can't? Sounds like a simple adjustment in tactics from the NRL will fix our problem in North Sydney. Sounds like top flight presence is not essential to the people following the game. If the other two codes can do it, so can we.

Manly to Central Coast to help them grow and solve the Brooky issue and NRL to employ better tactics in North Sydney that sees us aparrently losing ground to our biggest two rivals.

Simple - job done!

Lol.The Central Coast option adds to the case for having the Bears back. The code also gains /regains two areas instead of one.Makes good sense!

O Captain! My Captain! Tell me more about this wonderful game called AFL that you’re constantly babbling about?

How could anyone know who you were without you saying?

You certainly would not. Think anyone can look up profiles in this website? You have been off the planet since I've been on this website. No doubt you have form . Sheepishly pretending to be a devils advocate on most occasions. Probably been your hallmark contribution to threads no doubt. Some of us have seen and realised what's actually happening to rugby league.Yet we have twerps like yourself unsettling progressive discourses. That's the way it is.

So I’ll take that as a “no”?

And I call crowds of 13-15 k shit for a stadium that holds 30k or more.
It’s a waste .... and those figures are not exactly increasing .

If the NRL made teams all play out of one stadium it would be the end of any form of crowds at the footy.
I wouldn’t go there.
You can take it however you like, but I'm going to call out your bullshit dismissal of stats that don't suit your argument as I see it.

You'll find I and probably most others agree that ANZ in its current format isn't ideal for regular club footy and it would be more ideal if we had teams playing out of smaller venues (note: not necessarily suburban ones) for the visual appeal.

However - as has been noted to you several times which you ignore, is that the teams that play there, on average, attract larger crowds, because there is more space in the stadium.

If someone asks you to verify statistics you quote, it is up to you to back them up with links to source material.

Your inability to do that, and instead spin an answer like a politician speaks volumes.

Actually
If you must carry on.
You quoted something I said to someone else.
Totally out of context.
You tried to make it about a comment I said a few days ago.
One I stand by.
Those crowds are shit.
I didn’t say anyone else’s were better I just said they were shit.
Quote where I said anything but.

The theory that I’ve read in here is if you play in a big stadium people will fill it up
That is just not true.
As your own stats that you posted last year prove.
Rabbits dead last.
This year so far dogs shit
Raiders shit
My team in the shit suburban ground has had better crowds
Roosters are only marginally better.

Got me f**ked how.
That’s 15k according to them
I took this pic.
It’s like a twinkies picnic
There’s no merkin there

Your cherry picking skills are phenomenal, ever considered farming?

Not only have you complained about being taken out of context, you've selected stats that suit your point of view instead of the overall picture ... and then as some form of evidence you've posted a photo which shows approximately 5% of the stadium seating as some proof that the crowd figures are being fudged?

Others have forwarded the junior club figure number decrease in North Sydney since their exit from the top.flight . I got this information off another rugby league contributor on this site . I suppose a research project is required to back up logical issues arising out of losing a top flight club presence in an area like North Sydney. It's valid information however some choose to ignore it. For what gain in so far as rugby league is concerned? None! That's the way things roll on this 'rugby' "league" website.

Mate the raiders would have about 100 fans if they had 3 of the oldest and most successful clubs in the game completely surrounding them.

Geeze you’re really running out the excuses this morning.

hahahahaha
one of the stupidest f**king arguments ive ever seen
how the hell would you know what sort of support we'd have if we were based in Sydney you clown ?
based on 49 out of 50 years of abject failure like your mob ?

I wouldn't go near em either LOL

maybe if you had one of the codes greatest teams in its history like we did from 1988 to 1996
then you wouldn't have to worry about any other neighbouring clubs

And yet here we are
The little old shire with its shit suburban ground getting more people to games than the raiders.

24 years and won f**k all for you guys.
...and not looking like winning anything anytime soon either.

So you are proposing that we abandon our great code in North Sydney? Your implosion logic and weakening of the code is incredible! How dare you have such lack of respect for a respected, traditional area!

Yes please, I have constantly asked for actual figures rather than your opinion or 'gut' feel.
