It was a good crowd not a full house! My point beinguard that full houses will occur with cheaper priced tickets. Not rocket science but for some it is.
Is a full house worth it if they lose a lot of money in the process?
I tend to think the positivity surrounding benefits the code in the long run. Also think that a cheaper entry ticket will probably have fans spend more money on merchandise and catering. But don't let that logic come to the fore! Please! Would not want to be making more money do we!? So lets just charge higher and get less people in and on board into the future. That's the way you geniuses work! Good onyas! Sensational business accumen .
But where do you draw the line? By your logic the club would make the most money if they just let them in for free.

Not exactly. The impact of tv is big on all football codes. From what I've heard other codes(union,Aust rules etc) are charging significantly cheaper .One code is capturing big attendances despite being crap and the other still not attaining big attendances due to it being the crapiest of crap. Rugby league, a far superior product, still not tapping into the crowds it deserves due to inflated ticket prices.

Why not do some research rather than always using hearsay to base your arguments on.
If rugby league is superior why would they cut the cost? Ferrari’s not trying to undercut fiat are they?
Competitive market plus television option. Simple but still doesn't get through does it?
Another big crowd for a local derby. Thankfully the dragons saved us from another weak of total disappointment from Sydney.
Next weeks Souths v dragons match is a good test. Both teams in good form on a Sunday arvo with over 50K members between them. This should be a huge crowd and will give a good indication of where league is in Sydney.
His comment about use of hearsay is probably more important for you to address, can you please stop using "I hear" or "people I talk to say" as supporting evidence for your arguments. I would not let my year 2 students get away with such poor evidence when trying to write a persuasive text.
Perhaps you might look at your own comments?Far be it from me to point but I think it's appropriate. When logic doesn't transpire in a comment then fair enough. But logic does transpire. TV is a big draw card/competes for a potential fan . If you don't think it is ?You show me why I shouldn't believe in the logic that tv impacts on a person's decision to attend a sport. You don't think tv is a factor. I believe common sense suggests otherwise.
to support your arguments when you could actually find out if they are charging less and actually prove your point instead of just guessing. I know you have had to support arguments before as you actually made it through university, so stop selling yourself short. From what I've heard other codes(union,Aust rules etc) are charging significantly cheaper.
While SFS is being rebuilt. I can see the chooks taking several games to CC during that period.Well the roosters had everything going for them today .. and got 10k
Will play gold coast in 2 weeks at gosford to a full house..
Will they one day just make the call to move ?
Ha ha
Raiders can’t draw a crowd on a perfect sunny arvo
