After today thats a good chance too, but i reckon sharks win a close one.Yeah i think that is a good chance too.
I do think the dogs will offer a stiff challenge to the sharks though.

The picture is a bit clearer now. I reckon we will get
Storm/sharks
Roosters/souths
Broncos/dragons
Warriors/panthers
Would be a good result for crowds.
Week 1 will be
Storm (1) vs Sharks (4)
Roosters (2) vs Rabbitohs (3)
Broncos (5) vs Panthers (8)
Warriors (6) vs Dragons (7)
Broncos and Warriors may aswell have a free pass to week 2.
I hope you’re right, but based on past efforts from the NRL scheduling brains trust the exact opposite will happen. The AFL have no MCG fixtures scheduled for the saturday so you would think the storm will play on saturday night. Swans are at the SCG on the saturday so any SFS game will likely be the friday night.
found the AFL finals schedule interesting, putting their biggest matchup on a Thursday night
Surely (hopefully) the NRL will look at this when choosing who plays when..
Melbourne has to have a Saturday or Sunday Game to not clash with the MCG
and any game at the SFS should avoid Saturday daytime

They will probably go
Friday Night- Roosters v Souths
Sat Afternoon- Storm v Sharks
Sat Night- Broncos v Warriors
Sun Afternoon- Dragons v Panthers
It would make more sense to swap the Storm and Broncos timeslots but that wont happen, got to keep the Broncos in primetime. Ideally the Warriors jump the Broncos and the game is played in NZ so they can swap them

Of course all the favourites won last week and the week before that so they will this week too, right?Week 1 will be
Storm (1) vs Sharks (4)
Roosters (2) vs Rabbitohs (3)
Broncos (5) vs Panthers (8)
Warriors (6) vs Dragons (7)

Thats interestingStorm are selling a hospitality package for week one of the finals and the scheduling suggests a Saturday night game. Of course, it also says "date and time is subject to change in line with NRL fixture" but Saturday night seems likely.
Quick question. Are the playoffs straight knockout?
